Water is the primary source of life and needed for good health. Most people do not consume the recommended daily intake amount.
Our bodies consist of more than 70% water. Water is crucial to important body functions such as ,circulation,digestion,absorption, the forming of saliva, spreading nutrients throughout the body .It is very important to have a sufficient amount of water daily to avoid dehydration.

Drinking water can help reduce weight, as it calms feelings of hunger and increases our metabolism. Constipation is a common health problem. An increase in the intake of water is a recommendation in the curative process, especially with people whose intake of water is normally not enough. Similarly, if a person is water deficient , the body is unable to secrete residual products, which then accumulate in the body and can lead to a number of diseases. Our metabolic system needs water to function properly

Body cells need to maintain a balance of electrolytes too avoid a potential collapse, which may cause muscle tiredness. When muscle cells lack necessary liquids, the muscle performance decreases as well.

Skin is the body's largest organ. we need a sufficient amount of water hydrates it, keeps it fresh, soft, glowing and smooth. Water is the no. 1 defense against wrinkles! every cell and organ in the body needs water to have proper functionality .
