The year 2020 has been historical and filled with astonishment .I can imagine some may view 2020 as one of the worst years in human history and unfortunately for some that could be difficult to dispute. I personally believe 2020 will be a very important year that could potentially help our civilization reach a new improved level of existence.
2020 for some will serve as a major wake up call. For me that wake up call was that I need to be more self sustainable.
🤔Then I wondered to myself would it be possible for everyone in the civilization to become self sustainable?
This may sound a little like anarchy but I don't think we should get rid of government however I also don't think we should be so dependent on the system. I don't believe the system is all bad but most people livelihood depends on the system. Right now if the economy was to collapse resulting in a total breakdown of the system it could be very inconvenient for a lot of people.
On the other hand if we could all at least have the basic things we need to survive and provide for our families then fear , panic and likely chaos wouldn't be tied to a economic collapse. One solution could be for us the people to start moving toward self sustainability.
If we all could generate our own energy, collect and filter our own water, grow our own food and have both land that we own and portable shelter we wouldn't be so dependent on the system. I'll try to give an example of how this could work. We could still go to work for money to buy things , invest , go to restaurants ect. We still need hospitals , legal systems , schools, law enforcement ect.
Instead of a crab & the barrel system trying to be better than each other we could all work for each other and create a higher level civilization. If we were all self sustainable it would just mean money wouldn't be as much a necessity however it would still be very valuable to have. Also we could all adapt a lot better to an advance technological future or even natural disasters.
